Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing this site and
any of its pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions listed

Copyright
All images on the PostcardXpress web site are copyright protected and may not be
reproduced in any form whatsoever. Customers supplying their own image,
photograph, artwork or logo for a customised design should obtain the necessary
authority to reproduce such images, photographs, artwork, logos etc. and
indemnify PostcardXpress from any claims arising thereof. The content of the
Website, its design and software are copyright PostcardXpress.
Artwork supplied by the Customer
PostcardXpress reserves the right to reject any artwork/images/photographs/logos
etc that appear to be unsuitable for card design or printing.
Illegal Material
PostcardXpress reserves the right to reject any material deemed to be
unsuitable or libellous or illegal in nature. The customer shall indemnify
PostcardXpress in respect of any claims
Company Logo
All card designs will carry the PostcardXpress imprint and logo on the reverse
side unless otherwise specifically requested.
Proofs
PostcardXpress cannot accept liability for mistakes if incorrect/illegible
instructions are given with card design. Proofs are available at the charge
listed in the current price list.
Additional Design Work
An extra design fee will be charged in such cases where additional time and
design work is required from our designers as a result of illegible or unclear
designs supplied by the customer.

Reprints
All card designs are stored on CD-ROM and archived thus enabling PostcardXpress
to reprint previous orders. This is subject to a retrieval fee.
Payment
Payment for orders can only be accepted by major credit cards in the currencies
listed on the PostcardXpress web site i.e. Irish Punts, Sterling, US Dollar and
Euros. PostcardXpress.com is a secure site and all credit card details shall be
submitted direct from the PostcardXpress web site to the Bank of Ireland for
processing payment. Credit card details are NOT stored on the PostcardXpress
web site.
V.A.T.
Value Added Tax will be charged on all orders if applicable according to the
rate on the day of supply.
Order Confirmation
The customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail from PostcardXpress
once his/her order has been submitted and checked over by a designer of the
PostcardXpress team. If the designer believes that there are any errors in the
design or some details overlooked the customer will be contacted by
PostcardXpress in relation to such errors or oversights. Once the design has
been accepted by the PostcardXpress designer and confirmed by e-mail to the
customer, the order will be shipped to the customer within 15 working days. The
customer will also receive an e-mail when the order has been shipped.
Printing
The fronts of all cards are printed in full colour and every effort will be made
to reproduce all colours to match the colours in the design submitted by the
customer. However, due to printing procedures PostcardXpress cannot guarantee
an exact match between designs submitted, proofs and finished printed cards.

Delivery
We guarantee that cards will be shipped within 15 working days from date of
order confirmation. However, finished cards are passed to third parties for
delivery and PostcardXpress cannot accept liability for any inconveniences
arising from any delay on the part of such third parties. Charges for delivery
depend on the quantity of the order and its delivery address. These charges are
listed in the current price list. Should an express delivery be agreed between
PostcardXpress and the customer an additional fee will be charged to cover
costs.
Claims
Any damage to cards, partial loss of cards during transit or non-delivery of
cards must be reported in writing to both PostcardXpress and the carrier within
three working days of delivery. Or in the case of non-delivery within 28 days
from date of dispatch. Any claims arising thereof must be submitted to
PostcardXpress and the carrier in writing within seven days. PostcardXpress
cannot accept liability in respect of any claims unless the above requirements
are adhered to.
Privacy Policy
All information supplied by the customer (excluding credit card details), such
as artwork, contact name, company details etc is stored in a private secure
database at PostcardXpress. Neither the customer's name nor details will be
sold or rented to any third party.
